how can i increase the font size in Stellarium?

how can i increase the font size in Stellarium? The type is small, not smooth and difficult to read. Thank you.

You can change size of font via change value for attribute base_font_size into config.ini file.

You'll find config.ini in C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\Stellarium

Hi John,
To find your config.ini file, whatever your system is, do the following:

- Start Stellrium
- Open the "Help Window" from the side bar or press F1
- From the "Log" tab, the first line is the path to the log.txt file
- log.ini is in the same location as log.txt
- open log.ini, look for "base_font_size" and change the value

This doesn't affect the hover text for the menu in the upper right corner.

Large values (40) cause the items in the lower left corner window to overwrite each other, rather than growing the window.
