Where are correct to send feature requests: in sections bugs, blueprints or answers?

I think the best place ist Bugs Status -> opinion Importance -> wishlist ... that should be ok.

Feature requests should be reported in the bug tracker - you can either set the "Importance" to "Wishlist", or let some of the team to do it.

Blueprints are a way of managing tasks within the projects. They help keeping track of what is being done at the moment and who is doing it.

Stellarium's Blueprint tracker is poorly updated. Submitting Blueprints is open to everyone who can bother to register a Launchpad account. Unfortunately, this means that a lot of people simply dump their feature requests there.

I think that before blueprints had an activity log like bugs, so one could see for example who approved a blueprint. Now it seems that this feature does not exists.
