ich kann nichts installieren.

ich versuche im internet sachen runterzuladen hab auch so ein entpackungsding aber dann erscheint ubuntu software-center und ich kann nichts installieren auch wenn ich mein passwort eingebe. steht das da ein fehler ist und diese seite wird gezeigt.

mein ubuntu netbook möchte immer einen code von mir,weiß aber nicht,was für ein code das ist? Ich komme auch nicht zu Msn,wie bekomme ich das hin
