The registration key for jutoh you gave me does not work

I tried Jutoh Demo for a couple of weeks, and decided today to buy the $39.00 complete version.

In the e-mail of purchase, I received the so-called registration key. I tried loading it into the Jutoh Demo and this is what I got:

"Sorry, invalid registration key. The key should be of the form:

EA0927CF-E8CF149B-416363EE

(three groups of 8 characters).
Please also check that your specified user name is the same
as the one under which you purchased Jutoh.

Try again?'

Could you please give me a registration key which actually works?

I couldn't wait for you people to respond (and I STILL haven't gotten a response to my initial request), so I got in touch with the company that produced Jutoh, and they were far more helpful than you.

The problem was that your Ubuntu Software e-mail letter ran the user name assigned together with the registration key, like this

USERNAME,REGKEYXX-REGKEYYY-REGKEYZZ

May I suggest that in order to avoid such ambiguities and wastes of the purchaser's time for Jutoh, you might want to present the information in the confirming e-mail like this:

User Name: XXXXXXXXX
Registration Key: YYYYYYYY-YYYYYYYY-YYYYYYYY
