[1.0.1] Setup: having problems with the inner download or not possible for security reasons

********* IMPORTANT **************

If you have a setup version of before 2013-11-12, you should download sikuli-setup.jar again.
The new version does no longer download from dropbox, but from a place at launchpad and correctly supports offline setup.

*** problem:
-- you have downloaded sikuli-setup.jar successfully
-- after starting the setup the download of the needed packages does not work
-- ... or is not possible in your environment because of security reasons

*** solution
Download the following zip-packages for the corresponding option you want to setup.
Unzip each package into a folder named Downloads in the folder containing sikuli-setup.jar.
The contained README has more information.
