per image Notes feature

This is a feature request for a notes tab where plaintext notes for each image can be stored and viewed.

Since Shutter already has good facility for viewing and reviewing captured image thumbnails, it would be useful to also have a tab on-screen where the user can enter accompanying annotations for each image. As the user changes tabs, the notes for the image will be displayed in the notes area.

Would you like to see these notes be only available in Shutter, or in any
other image-viewing applications (if they support any such features)?

Notes also being available in other apps would be good because that increases portability and standards compliance.
