how make screenshot available to viewers?

Asked by Leo Newburn

I have Ubuntu Studio, Quantal, 12.10, 64 bit.

After I take a screenshot, using the program "Shutter", of whatever problem I'm describing here on launchpad.net, I save it to my Ubuntu One site.

What format/file extension should I use before I make the link available in my comments dialogue here?

The reason I ask is recntly I asked a question here and includeds a link to a screenshot I saved in pdf format. A person who was helping me at this site mentioned it was not a screenshot, but a pdf. Is this incorrect procedure on my part?

Hello - yes, a pdf is for a document. Try .png or .jpg.
