shortcut feature doesn't work

It works a years old, in that time I use Fedora 16 and old version of shutter. I really want to solve this problem.

You need to configure this manually. We've removed the code with the latest version. http://shutter-project.org/faq-help/set-shutter-as-the-default-screenshot-tool/
