How to capture a cascading menu?

In the tool tip is says "Select a single menu or cascading menus.... How to do that? This is a feature I need often.
Thx for some help :-)

Thx for the screen cast but it doesn't help. When I activate the capture (it starts with 10 sec) sometimes I get all the menus as sen in the screen cast but sometimes I get only the last menu. Why?

Ups, I did not realize that this question was still open. I know that it does not work in all cases, but currently I don't know why this happens. In most cases it helps to open the menu(s) when the countdown is nearly over. You can also configure the countdown in Shutter's preferences.
