disabling error notice from reappearing on the bottom right

After installing the latest version, I kept getting error notices that repeatedly appear on the bottom right-hand corner, even when it's just to remind me every 5 seconds that "No errors found". This is beyond infuriating. How can I fix this?

Change "autoload" on line 5 to False
