When I open an rb file, which is Ruby file, the Scribes thinks it is RubyOnRails file, how can I make it think that it is ruby?

What's the difference between a Ruby file and RubyOnRails file?

RubyOnRails is a mix of HTML and ruby language. Ruby files are pure Ruby scripting language with .rb extension, but ruby on rails have .html.erb eoxtension. The .erb extension stands for embedded ruby. Actually I solved the problem. I had to go to mime and remove .rb extension from the RobyOnRails mime.
