Language changed after migration

It appear that the language changed after we migrated to the docker container version? What can i do to get i back to English?

Noticed the site was in english when i access it in firefox as opposed to Chrome.

Tried clearing cookies in chrome, with no change, still in russian.

That worked, no idea how russian got there, and it was lowest in priority, but thanks anyways!
