Newbi Install SchoolTool on brand new Ubuntu host

Hi all
I just purchased a hosted instance of Ubuntu.
I managed to install SchoolTool. (I think)
I can get to Webmin too.
I can also shell in...
Currently this is all under an explicit IP. I can change the DNS over when it's all working.

How do I get to see SchoolTool. I tried the myIP:7080 port no show...
I also did a complete install Apache, PHP, mySQL... start to think it was already installed with Ubuntu...

Anyway I am lost.

What do I do next?

In virtual hosting
Tests this --> http://book.schooltool.org/apache.html#apache
If, with IP:80 in apache get: "it Works!"
