Cannot login all of a sudden

I have logged into my School Tool account several times. I attmepted to login this morning and it tells me my password or email is incorrect. After several attempts, I clicked to reset my password. After receiving my "new" password I am still receiving the same message. How do I get this fixed?

Our SchoolTool app does not support login with email or have a "reset my password" button. Maybe you use http://schooltool.com ?
