Make http available to remote computers in dev mode

Hello,

how do I grant access to http from remote computer in developer mode?

The path "/etc/schooltool/standard/paste.ini" does not exist of course.

When run from source, the configuration, database and other files are stored in the "instance" folder. The paste.ini file is there.
