no access as you do not teach

iam the site maanger as well as a teacher but when i want to gradebook says you do not teach i have logged in as admin,manager but there is no access ,,how shud i solve the problem

I guess you get that message because your user (the one logged in) has not been added as an Instructor to any section. It doesn't matter the groups your user belongs to (Site Managers, Teachers, etc). What matters is being an Instructor in a section.
