Comment email notifications?

Rather than rely on ppl to check Scale on a daily basis, an email notifying them that their submission has a new comment (similar to FB) makes the most sense.

cool, please file this as a blueprint...its a feature request....what
should the email look like, and even the text of the email would be
good to have and its simple to implement. the more details the better,
makes implementation even faster.
