Time tab is greyed out

When sbackup it running (not sbackup for admin) the time tab is greyed out.
I am able to use time tab with the sbackup for admin. I would like to use sbackup without admin rights.
Why is that tub turned off?

The tab is greyed out because of the fact that sbackup uses anacron for scheduling. And to use anacron, one is required to be root.

I am using anacron to start update daily.
