Possible to set line height?

Coming from xfce4-terminal, one of its features I really like is that it allows the user to set a custom line height to give a bit more padding/spacing between lines. It does this through what it calls "Cell Spacing" width and height.

Is it possible achieve something similar in Sakura?

No, currently sakura doesn't support that feature. Please feel free to create a bug report to track this issue.
