Installation problem in sahana 0.6.3 using windows 7 via wamp

I think I installed Sahana 0.6.3 correctly but it seems I have problem. Whenever I try to access the admin page it says "Parse error: parse error in C:\wamp\www\sahana\inc\lib_location.inc on line 1170". What does this mean? Is there something wrong my installation? I am using Windows 7 and installed it using WAMP. Please help me as soon as you can. Thank you!

Did you enable the PHP option "short_open_tag" as described in the install instructions?

The easiest way to do this is to click the WAMPSERVER icon in the system tray, go to PHP > PHP Settings
and click "short open tag" if it isn't already checked.
