Use Emacs Org-mode markup for text file storage backend.

Asked by Tim O'Callaghan

I would like to be able to share my org-mode todo files with others, and not have to use emacs on non linux systems to maintain them.

Org-mode files can contain all of the markup features supported by redbook, and also offer some extra features if you wish to implement them.

Currently I'm not planning to change the markup format. Sorry.
