Skipped pages during importing

Hi,
I made a 4 pages form using Limesurvey and imported it to queXF.
I made it filled by hundreds students, scanned it and sliced it in 4 pages PDF files.

My problem is that when I import filled forms to queXF, a lot of forms are going page missing or undetected.
According to what i see in the SQL database, only page 1 and 3 are saved in the formpages table when pages 2 and 4 are saved in the missingpages table. They are easy to find as the FID is the same in both table.
The Handle undetected pages just ask me to join pages 2 and 4 to others same pages 2 and 4 so I can't use it.
I got the same problem when I delete the form and tried to reimport it from the same file. The only way to solve it is to scan paper forms again but it takes too much time...
I would like to know how to solve this problem or how to avoid it for my next forms.

Hi,
My message was wrong because I didn't understand how to handle undetected pages.
I thank I should have find different pages from the same filled form to accept it when it it seems I should accept blank form which is the same page as printed.
Sorry for the disturbance and thanks again for the software !
