Save (Ctrl+S), Save As(Ctrl+Shift+S) and Save Copy have been present since version 0.4.17.

That's good news.

But I have 0.4.18 and ctrl+shift+s doesn't work for me. It doesn't do anything.

Not show the ctrl+shift+s suggestion:

Hello again,

it seems that the action does not have its default keyboard shortcut set which you can fix by using the shortcuts tab of the settings dialog. Either just put "Crtl+Shift+S" into the "Save as..." row or click "Defaults on current tab" to reset all shortcuts.

Best regards,
Adam
