How do I change the colours of qdiff?

I am using a dark colour scheme, and the colours qdiff chooses for the changes do not contrast enough with the scheme I'm using. Is it possible to configure them somehow?

Unfortunately, it's not configurable ATM. You only can change the colors via patching the code.

I'll turn this question into bug report. Please, provide some screenshots so we can start working on multiple coloring scheme support?
