What's new in 2018.6?

There appears to be a new version of pytz on Pypi -- 2018.6 However I cannot find release notes anywhere, nor any mention of this release anywhere.

What's changed in this version?

Incomplete answer, I _assume_ that the gist of it is valid also for pytz 2018.6:

The change log of tzdata 2018f states

Release 2018f - 2018-10-18 00:14:18 -0700

  Briefly:
  Volgograd moves from +03 to +04 on 2018-10-28.
  Fiji ends DST 2019-01-13, not 2019-01-20.
  Most of Chile changes DST dates, effective 2019-04-06.
