mount windows shares at boot?

This is not a pyNH problem. On the contrary, pyNH is providing me with a solution of sorts.
I seem to be having a problem with permissions after mounting to a CIFS on a WinXP box from ubuntu 9.10 via /etc/fstab. I have found, however, that pyNH allows me to mount the shared directories with full permissions. Is there a way to configure pyNH to automatically mount these directories at boot time?
Also, if I boot to cli, what is the command to use pyNH without the gui?
