There are some path expressions in the source that are Unix specific (e.g. '/usr/share/pylang/xml/*.xml').
Porting this application to Windows (if possible at all) will at least require reworking these strings.

The code uses python language which is available for Windows, but I do not know whether there is a solution to provide an equivalent for the other dependencies (gir1.2-glib-2.0, gir1.2-gtk-3.0, ...) on Windows.

So my answer is: The current version does not work on Windows.

Hi, this is an app for Ubuntu because I want to encourage the use of
free(dom) OS, then it will not be for Windows.
