Support for YUV422 or RGB

Hi all,

I found this project and it will be a big help for prototyping out some ideas in Python rather than wasting time in C. Thank you to everyone who has contributed for developing it to this point. I was wondering what the state of support is for YUV422 or RGB images? I am trying to use an AVT Guppy PRO F-125 (ICX-445 sensor + Bayer filter) on OSX with libdc1394 v.2 but am not having much luck with any color mode other than Y8. I've found that the "devel0" of the branch has the fewest errors, but still will take some effort to get it to run without errors. Am I missing something, or is color support not really up and running yet?

I have no experience with either of those modes. The functionality should be there, but it is not tested because I do not own a color camera.
I think tomio has, so you might want to contact him directly.
