Improvements with ZVEI

I've been trying to get the code to work with our ZVIE based Callsigns, (Ref Rob Thomas's) question.

I've managed to get it to work and ended up making quite a few modifications to get it to identify the tones more successfully and consistently and I've got it to actually work very well.

I'm never very good at organising code into patches... so

I'm sorry for not answering earlier. For some reason I didn't get this message.

As I'm sure you've noticed, I'm no expert but I'll look into your code and I'm sure we can work something out.

I nearly got it working, We have currently drawn a blank in two areas.

1. Nobody knows where the cables in the office are to plug it in.

2. The pyAudio seams to be a bit unstable and fell over or froze the script
if you were not very careful. The trick might be use a different Audio
Library. I did speculate on taking the code and converting it to a
GStreamer Plugin, but that is easier said than done.
