manage followers

it would be really helpful and handy to be able to manage followers, unfollow, add new, block or report for spam from within the stream. unless of course that is already possible and i'm just not seeing how to do that.

All those options are available in the user item, the first item when you open an user column by clicking on his name or avatar.

0.94 will feature shortcuts that will not require opening a new column.
