Hello,
Can you explain what you did before you got this message? Because the site module name problem is resolved very easily by just renaming the name attribute in <I2CEConfiguration> and the first <configurationGroup>.

The explanation provided is insufficient. Explain like what was going on before coming to this problem. Include the log from apache_tail.
I doubt if this https://answers.launchpad.net/pmoralg/+question/161367 process was followed properly!

With the same database and setup I get this NOTICE not an ERROR at all,

Could not enable ihris-manage-CustomReports-search-people as there was a conflict:
There is a conflict between ihris-manage-pmoralg and ihris-manage-CustomReports-search-people.

This is so because we are disabling the default ihris-manage-CustomReports-search-people (Search Reports) report.
And the site installed just fine.
