The position of dock

How could I set the dock on the right side?
The OS I use is Elementary OS loki based on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS , and I'v tried to update the plank to the latest version, while there's still no option in setup interface.
I'v read the related issue reported in 2013, but the file '~/.config/plank/dock1/settings' doesn't exist now.

You can use the integated settings dialog. Hold down Ctrl + "right-mouse-click" and choose Settings.

Move the mouse arrow into the dock, then hold down Ctrl + "right-mouse-click". Then the settings dialog will pop up.
