I resized the icons and I want to make them bigger again, HOW?

How did you "resized" the icons the first place. Doing the same again should fix your problem.

While running elementary OS you can use the desktop-settings-tab in switchboard. Otherwise you can edit the IconSize value in ~/.config/plank/dock1/settings or if you are running the latests PPA trunk builds you can use the internal preferences dialog reachable in the dock-menu.
