Hi Ali,

This bug appears in Pinta 1.3 and earlier, but was recently fixed and that fix will appear in the upcoming Pinta 1.4 release.

In the meantime, consider trying out the recent development preview of Pinta 1.4 or the daily builds PPA if you use Ubuntu (see https://groups.google.com/d/topic/pinta/j_375u6vsvA/discussion for details)
