Will there be a new "Open file/Save Page As" box?

The current one does not match Files. Are there plans for Luna to have a new box implemented?

No, there were just some mockups. It's surely a part of the system that needs to be improved, but in won't be in Luna for time and man-power problems. It'll land in Luna+1
