location detection not working recently

Hi, I have been using Ubuntu Touch on my Nexus 4 for some time now and for the last few weeks have noticed that OSM Touch no longer provides me with my location. I have location detection enabled and GPS enabled but whenever I try and access location via the arrowarrow in OSMTouch I get the error" Sorry no location available. Please check your location settings."
Is this a known bug With OSM Touch, Ubuntu Touch or the radio firmware, should I report it and who to?
I am on the Ubuntu Touch image 203 currently.
