Layout option for tracks as well as for individual videos

Would it be possible to include a layout option with the left track button that would tag all videos on that track with the same layout choice. For example it I wanted to have all videos in track 4 appear in the upper right quadrant, i would right click on the track 4 button and select that layout option for the whole track rather then having to tag each individual video on that track.
