I have Blender, but still I'm not allowed to create an animated title that I should do?

I have Blender, but i can't make a new animated title. I need this now, please help me. Thanks

Quickly. I 'm' enought buzy for the moment.

Which version of Blender did you have ?

If openshot doesn't see blender, you can try the follow trick. Go to Preferences (CTrl + P), first tab, find the blender line and click on the button a tthe right. Select the folder usr/ and after the bin folder. In this one, search and select blender. Ok .
You should get in the blender section after all this steps, usr/bin/blender.
And try again with the title animated. And Enjoy.
