Saving file so that it can be viewed

I have a 9second vides that I edited w Openshot but it saves it as OSP and can't seem to be viewed by anyone else. It doesn't seem to allow me to change the format to .MOV or something that is more common, what can I do, do I have to use something else?

OSP is not an export format but a format own to OS i.e to be more clear all you are doing on a project is here. But that not an export format you must use the export screen for that.
