Where are the video effects?

Video effects have been included from version 0.9.41. They are supplied by the frei0r effects library.
To edit the settings of selected effects:
1) right click on the clip on the timeline
2) select "Properties" to bring up the clip Properties dialogue
3) select the "effects" tab in the clip properties dialogue
