The following fields are invalid Account

Problem in a version 6.1.1

In Supplier Payment window, after filling all information and click Validate or Save, it says "The following fields are invalid: Account".

But the Supplier Payment window has no place to fill in such account information.

Is this a bug?

I was able to reproduce and then solve the above problem. Check to see if the journal you're using as a payment method (bank/cash/etc) has accounts set for its default debit and credit accounts. If not choose those accounts and you should be good to go.
