How to automatically add administration fee to open invoice after date_due has passed?

Can anyone help me to automatically add a fee to an open invoice after date_due has passed? I for example set an admin fee in res.company which is called when invoices are pass the due date.

to add a line to an invoice you must reopen it

we have created a module for this (users must be able to correct invoices and it is up to the company /user to allow it or not)
the module creates a move and move_lines with inverted accounts and reconciles these moves (and some other things to guarantee good accounting practice)

similar modules exist for SO,PO,PICK

once the invoice is open any fee can be added and validated again
