Optimal Hardware and Software for Openerp 6.0.3 with Windows Server

OS : Windows Server

Summary:
Currently, we are going to implement OpenERP 6.0.3 for our customer. And i would like have some advice for a specification of hardware and software that we need for optimizing the performances in windows Server?

Questions:
1. What is the optimal hardware that we need for implementing OpenERP 6.0.3 in Windows Server?
2. What is the optimal software that we need for implementing OpenERP 6.0.3 in Windows Server?

The database perfs depend directly upon the speed of the disks, so get fast SSDs if you can.
The server part in 6.0 is mostly single-threaded, so focus your CPU choice on the maximum core speed, not the number of cores, and get a processor capable of boosting a single core's speed when the context requires it.

I would not recommend using Windows Server. It's a great OS - no zealotry here - but OpenERP SA and the majority of the community runs their production servers in Ubuntu/Debian. You might run into unexepected bugs.
