Can't select Stage when creating new Lead/Opportunity

Create New Lead or Opportunity
Select drop down box for Stage.
No items are shown for selection although they are included.

Workaround :- If you type in a few letters of the Stage, ie 'ne', it will correctly show the Stages that have 'ne' in them, and allow you to select them properly.

Hi Julian,

You need to make sure that the section for which the stages are defined matches the section on the lead/opportunity.

In other words, go to stages, check the sales team, it should match the section(sales team) of your lead/opportunity.

Check User's preferences as well.
