Training or help for develop our own custom module?

Hello,

I learned the basic view design using xml file. I have also got fluency in this.

But, I want to develop module like mrp,stock,purchase,account,etc.
There is no proper guideline example in OpenERP "Developer Book", which contain( workflow,wizard,action,events ).

Is there any training program provided by OpenERP or any other organization?
Is it available in Pune, India?

Is there any other Book than above mentioned which I can refer?
