Hello Bushair,

Yes you need to done following configuration steps:=>
1)Open Sale Order Directory in form view.
2)Fill the field 'Directories Mapped to Objects' with sale.order object.
3)Now create one content line (one2many field) with filling the content name and Report with Quatation name.
4)Save the Sale Order Directory.

Now you will see the Quotation Report in the Directory content.

Hope This will help you.

Thanks.

Hello Bushair,

You need to assign 'Parent Model' field also in Sale order Directory as 'sale.order'.

Thanks.

Hi,
I have assigned 'Patent Model' field also in Sales Oder Directory as 'sale.order'

and created a new quotations.

The details of the quotation which i can see in the Sales Management->Sales Orders ->My Quotations are

    04/10/2010 SO012 Bank Wealthy and sons 1 rue Rockfeller 75016 Paris 0.0% 0.0% 18.50 18.50 Quotation

Auto-Generated Files
Contents

Seq. Content Name Suffix Document Type
[Edit] 1 [Move Up] [Move Down] SO008 PDF Report

But still i cant see the files in the

Document Management ->Directories Structure ->Sales Order

Can i give the content name as my choice? or it should be same as Quotation/Sales Order name.
in my case Content name is SO008 and Sales Order name is SO012

For more browsing option of all quotation run this wizard

Document Management/Browse Files Using FTP
If you set localhost as frp server it will open this on your default browser.
ftp://localhost:8021

you can browse all directories per quotation there.

For Document Management ->Directories Structure ->Sales Order > Quotation menu you will find all attached files to sale order.
For quotation report you have to check on ftp server, you will find all draft sale order name as a directory under quotation directory and the pdf report will be there.

if you want user defined name for report then you can give fix suffix in content and don't use include record name checkbox.

Hi
Thanks for the mail,
am able to browse all the Directories and Quotations using Browse Files Using FTP.
I could see the Quotations and Sales orders in this ftp location

ftp://192.168.1.106:8021/testhrms/Documents/Sales Order/

But there is no file in the

Document Management ->Document Configuration->Directorie's Structure ->Sales Order >

Why is it so?

The configuration for Sales Order folder in the Document Management ->Document Configuration->Directories are

Directories Mapped to Objects:Sales Order
Type:Other Resources
Domain :[]

Content :
Content Name: testdoc
Document Type :PDF Report
Report :Quotation / Order

My question is the files which am able to browse using Browse Files Using FTP is not visible in
Document Management ->Document Configuration->Directorie's Structure ->Sales Order > folder?

Thanks
