Yahoo Email Server

Hi

i got a problems on sending email using these configuration

SMTP Server : mail.yahoo.com
SMTP Port : 465
Email From : <email address hidden>

i succeeded on sending email using gmail but don't know what the problems make yahoo couldn't be able to send :

Error message :
  File "smtplib.pyo", line 244, in __init__
  File "smtplib.pyo", line 310, in connect
  error: (10060, 'Operation timed out')
