_inherit error

I inherit res.partner object and when installed there was error message:

File "/server/7.0/openerp/osv/orm.py", line 3443, in _inherits_reload
    for col in other._columns.keys():
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute '_columns'

what does it mean?

Would you please make sure you have used right model name on _inherit?

if possible, share that part of code.
