Constraint Error The code of the account must be unique per company !

I got this errror when I select my customizes chart of accounts. When I try to change the code of existing account in system to be unique, It gets no error, but I'm wondering because in other COA like in US eventhough they have the same code in account templates, their is no error in installing that..

The code can be same for more than one accounts, but they should belong to sepaarte companies.
