Outlook Plugin For OpenERP 6 - Where is it?

I have found the module to enable the CRM Outlook/Thunderbird functionality. But where can I get the Outlook.msi (or exe) installer for Outlook itself. Thanks, CT.

In version 6 addons under outlook addons directory you will find ext under plugin directory.
